1-on-1 Personal Yoga
These sessions are meant for individuals who need a more specific guidance due to injury, health issues or any other personal situation that needs special attention. This could be for example scoliosis, hernia, sciatica, injuries, elderly, high stress situations, etc.
However, it is also very apropriate for practitioners who want to develop or deepen their yoga practice according to their personal needs and explore their innate constitution and create a safe and long-lived practice. Or simply treat yourself to a series of private classes where you Care sure to get all the attention you need.
These private sessions are based on Hatha/Ashtanga Yoga and Ayurveda principles. A holistic approach is used, where the person as a whole is considered. Depending on the students needs and wishes a Hatha or Ashtanga based practice will be taught.
One should not adapt to yoga, yoga adapts to the individual.
These sessions can be done in English, Dutch or Spanish.

Lila Yoga is a wonderfully cosy studio in the heart of the Leidse Buurt in Haarlem. It is a small studio but that is what we choose for, so that there is more space for personal attention and guidance. Also check out our Workshops!
