Ayurveda is a sister science of Yoga and offers many practical tools and techniques to maintain balance and harmony.
During this workshop you will learn about the foundations of Ayurveda and go home with daily and weekly rituals that support your yoga practice and daily life.

During this workshop you will learn a sequence that is not only easy to do for everyone, but will bring longevity to your life.
