8Petals Yoga Newsletter Spring 2023
Dear yogis,
With this email I would like to share the news for this long awaited Spring season!
There are still cold days, but there is a warmth and energy in the air that we all can feel!
Flowers are blooming, green leaves are growing and we can feel more energy.
Let’s tap into this energy and benefit from it in our practice!
End of cycle and Spring Ritual
Sunday 2nd of April is our last class of the current cycle.
It would be lovely to have a little picnic after class and share a small Spring Ritual.
I suggest everyone brings something to eat or drink to share, and we can sit around the big table at Meneer de Wit, or go somewhere outside.

Workshops
Pawanmuktas: Transformative Excercises for All
Sunday April 16th 11:00-13:00
My goal is to combine each Self Practice Cycle with a special workshop.
This cycle will start with a workshop about Pawanmuktas.
Pawanmuktas are special excercises that can be done by themselves, combined, or in preparation for Asana.
The sequence that I will teach during this workshop is a basic sequence that everyone is able to do, but is not only limited to beginners. EVERYONE benefits from practicing Pawanmukta.
My proposition is to integrate the sequence into your Self Practice (Cycle), as a complement or woven into your current Asana practice for example.
We will also talk about this during the workshop.

Please feel free to welcome your friends and family to join the workshop!
Private Classes
I currently have a spot available for Private Classes.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work one on one with me and delve into your personal situation.
Please feel free to recommend a Private Class Package to your friends and family.
Blog
I don’t write nearly enough to get everything I have in my head on paper, but I try.
Keep an eye on the blog and feel free to share your thoughts with me so that we can share in discussion around different themes on Yoga.
I hope you have a wonderful week and hope to see you at the Shala.
