1-on-1 Personal Yoga

During private sessions we can delve into the personal needs of the student. An integral approach is used, where the person as a whole is considered. Depending on the student’s needs and wishes a class or program can be created. This could involve one or any of the following:

  • Ashtanga Yoga
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Pranayama
  • Yoga Nidra
  • Meditation
  • Bhakti (chanting & ritual)
  • Nutrition (vegetarian/vegan)
  • Ayurveda (lifestyle & nutrition)

These sessions are also good for individuals who need a more specific guidance due to injury, health issues or any other personal situation that needs special attention. This could be for example scoliosis, hernia, sciatica, injuries, elderly, high stress situations, etc.

However, it is also very apropriate for practitioners who want to develop or deepen their yoga practice according to their personal needs and explore their innate constitution and create a safe and long-lived practice. Or simply treat yourself to a series of private classes where you are sure to get all the attention you need.

One should not adapt to yoga, yoga adapts to the individual.

These sessions can be done in the comfort of your own home or at Tula Yoga Studio. I speak English, Dutch and Spanish.
